  Between my girlfriend and I we have 2 cars, 2 motorcycles, 2 boats, a truck, and several trailers. I service all of these, but am unable to provide a NYS inspection. In a pinch my girlfriend brought her 2013 Subaru Legacy to National Lube for an inspection. The people were friendly and there were no issues with the inspection...until I went to replace the brakes. The mechanic cross threaded one of the lug nuts the whole way down the stud because he was too lazy to start them by hand. This frustrates me to no end. Any mechanic worth his salt knows to start the lug nuts by hand. This resulted in a broken wheel stud when I went to remove the tire, and turned a 30 minute job into an entire days project. I will never bring another vehicle to National Lube!
